A purpose-built session booking system for TLS's six Hansa 303 dinghies, running entirely within Google Workspace — giving coordinators and instructors a clear schedule view across all boats, with secure access to sailor support information from office, phone, or lakeside tablet.

Complete: TLS Forms Notifications
The Form Notifications add-on works with Google Forms to send automatic emails when someone submits a form, maintain a follow-up action sheet for your team, and optionally collect an electronic signature from the respondent.
This is an in house development to replace a third-party app The new system has additional functionality, improved workflows and better GDPR compliance.

Complete: Automated Sailing Date Banner
A system for pubishing a banner that takes its data from the TLS calendar is now available. This will pick out any sailing related calendar events and display the next one on the banner. There is a 3pm cutoff when the banner will stop displaying information about today and switch to the next sailing day.

Complete: New Notifier App
When a new email arrives in your '@testwood.org.uk' account, this app will send a brief notification to a personal email address of your choice — without forwarding the actual message content.
This new version can be managed by you, without admin involvement.
A one-time setup is required that will only take you a couple of minutes.
For information on why this app is necessary see Why Use a Notifier.
Action Required: Please see the Setup Guide and configure the app now.
The old Notifier system has now been decommissioned.

Complete: Facebook Link Preview Images
A new system has been implemented so that we have control over Facebook link preview images. Technical constraints mean that this only works if the WWW is omitted from any TLS link address submitted to Facebook.
